God's Will Be Done.

God's will be done. Wow, this is ever so true. In this blog I explained how all of these houses that we like, turn out to be sold yet online you would only assume they were still on the market. We found so many ones we liked/wanted from our beloved love 'The Jonesville House' when I read the first sentence of "MIKE GOT THE HOUSE TODAY!!! IT IS SERIOUSLY A GOD THING, EVERYTHING HAS JUST FALLEN INTO PLACE." it makes me smile. For one, when we thought we 'got' the house, we in actuality we did not. The people decided to not sign the papers for the offer they just “accepted”. It’s funny how you can assume you know God’s plan for you when it seems to be evident, and then he takes your for quite a twist in plot. Things were just falling into place, I’m not sure the purpose for finding that house and falling in love with it… but where we are now, is where we were suppose to be. 
We had our house that came with 10 acres and a garage that had an apartment on top.  We had our handicap accessible house in brooklyn.  We had our log cabin that Mike wasn't crazy about.

Like I said in a previous post the house had just been put on the market the day before Mike toured it and essentially put an offer on it. Yet, with our offer we were already competing against another person’s offer (shows you how fast people jump on nabbing houses.) Long story short, the bank accepted our offer. Meaning they shouldn’t be sketchy like the Jonesville house people. I’m in awe of God’s plan not only to show us our home but to have it:

1.) Be put on the market in the nick of time.

2.) Be in our price range. It is $100,000 less than it was when it sold 5 years ago, and that was before the prior owners purchased 3 additional acres. =O

3.) Be a house that we both like. I find this funny because I was so excited to be able to come home and actually look at houses in person and then we end up buying one that yet again I have only seen pictures of!

4.) Have over seven acres. Rolling property and also has a stream and bridge running through it.

5.) Be close to all our family and Mike’s work.

6.) *****TO HAVE GOTTEN IT 3 DAYS BEFORE THE END OF THE $8,000 TAX CREDIT. 3 DAYS! THREE DAYS!!!!! COM’ON THAT IS PROOF THERE IS A GOD. We not only found a house a week before the deadline but have the papers signed with only hours to spare.*****

I can’t wait to see my new home Friday. It’s 6 miles from the golf course, so after the wedding when we are getting our wedding pictures taken, I think we will drive over to our home and get some pictures there. It’s so crazy to say ‘our home’. If anyone wants a tour and will be around, let this chicka know.

Mike is going to move in a.s.a.p. and I am moving in on our wedding night. Isn’t that romantic? July 17th, or July 18th (depending on how late the reception is) I will be moving into our house!

Oh btw..... 2 days until I am home! Wahoo!
