A best friend

*Doesn't screen your calls. [You know how you you have those friends that you know not to waste your time calling b/c they just never seem to answer, and lets get real... we all know they have their phone on them 24-7 *rolls eyes* *sigh* Actions speak louder than words friends.]

*Can be trusted that they wont run their mouth.

*Even though you aren't from the same background, you can still vent to them your baggage.  And not pick-and-choose what is appropriate for them to know.

*You call them when something exciting happens.

*You call them when something terrible happens.
*You don't have to worry about them stealing your stuff. That's important, I'm a paranoid person that feels that every stranger/barley know-ya person is going to steal from me. Respects your privacy. Trust.
